Hiring an expert/senior level WordPress Dev for a Full time position
Role Broad Description
US based ecom brand & currently expanding into other brands within same niche as well. Thus, requiring a full time dev who can handle day to day website improvements, employ US event based funnels (like upcoming Halloween & Christmas) as well as website maintainance & SEO/GEO.
REQUIREMENTS
I am looking for someone who:
- Understands what my niche ICP is & can deploy improvements accordingly
- Understands & can create funnels, value ladders, upsells & cross sells based on entire products/services catalogue.
- Knows how to create good copywriting, relevant pictures & deploy CTA's, social proof, & urgency hooks accordingly.
- Knows how to bring & capture ongoing traffic & convert them into brand owned traffic.
- PREFERABLY knows & is good at AI automations (the plan is eventually automate EVERYTHING that can possibly be automated like email flows, invoicing, standard yearly event campaigns like Christmas, Holloween etc, CRM, accounting which are all mostly manual right now). All AI tools will be provided.
Salary will be decent & it'll be long term hire where If you bring actual difference, I'll value & pay it back accordingly
NO'S:
It's not a short term gig so I'll not entertain anyone looking to make quick cash for next few months.
Be very clear that It is a standard Full time position & not a part time gig.
