Senior Designer

About The Role
AI products often feel cold or scary. Ours shouldn't. You'll set the tone, visually, interaction-wise, brand-wise.
You'll design our agent builder, dashboard, chat interfaces, marketing site and everything in between. We have a small design team (you'd be the second hire), so the surface area is huge.
We don't ship pixel-perfect mockups and hand them off. You'll work directly with engineers, prototype in code if you can, and own polish in production.
What you'll do
Design product surfaces from research to ship
Evolve our design system with engineering
Set the visual identity for new product areas
Work directly with the founder on brand direction
Mentor and review work from contractors
What we're looking for
6+ years product design at a B2B SaaS or consumer product
Strong portfolio with shipped product, not just concept work
Expert in Figma, design systems, prototyping
Care deeply about typography, interaction details, motion
Bonus: can prototype interactions in code
