Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer at ZenVest Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
This role involves leading the design process from concept to final delivery for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital and print collateral.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing layouts and visual assets, refining typography and color systems, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with consultants, marketing teams, and clients, present design solutions, incorporate feedback, and guide junior designers through reviews and mentoring.
The role also includes managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of visual quality and usability in all design work.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print applications.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design to produce clear, engaging visual communications.
Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent).
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strategic, high-quality design solutions across diverse projects.
Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers and contributing to design best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
