Site Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material consumption.
Check RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, and other civil works.
Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and site procedures.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and site documentation.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure work is completed within the required quality, cost, and timeline.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works
Quantity estimation and measurement skills
Contractor and manpower management
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
Problem-solving and site management skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
