Role Description This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst Intern role based in Rajkot. The intern will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and documenting findings in a clear and structured manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data-driven analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities, preparing reports and presentations for management, and supporting the design or refinement of workflows and business solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings to understand operational challenges, and helping translate business needs into actionable recommendations. The intern will also support testing and validation of proposed changes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements and processes.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present insights clearly in written and verbal form.
Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process and Business Requirements to map workflows and align solutions with organizational goals.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, or BI tools) and proficiency in MS Office.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Interest in the manufacturing or agricultural equipment industry is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.
