Role Description The Market Research role at طريق وظائفكم is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The team member will collect and analyze market data related to employment trends, competitor platforms, and user behavior. Daily tasks include designing and distributing surveys, conducting interviews, reviewing online data sources, and preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The role involves identifying opportunities for platform enhancement, segmenting target audiences, and supporting strategic decisions with evidence-based insights. Collaboration with product, marketing, and customer service teams is expected to ensure research findings translate into practical improvements.
Qualifications
Strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills, including the ability to design studies and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and present actionable recommendations.
Effective Communication skills for preparing reports, delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Customer Service orientation, with an understanding of job seeker and employer needs and the ability to translate feedback into insights.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and online survey platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Dubai.
Relevant academic background in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in market research, recruitment platforms, or HR services is an advantage, as well as familiarity with the GCC labor market.
