Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with fluent English communication skills to join our team as an Inbound Call Expert. The selected candidate will handle incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and fluently in English.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation ongoing or completed.
- A-Level qualifications will be preferred.
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.
- Availability to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Bangladesh Time.
