Role Description This full-time, on-site Electrician role at HERO CYCLE BIHTA PATNA is based in Patna and supports the safe, reliable operation of the facility’s electrical systems and equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, machinery, and control systems, as well as performing routine inspections to identify potential issues before they impact production. The Electrician will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, replace or repair defective components, and ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and company procedures. The role also involves collaborating with maintenance and production teams, documenting work performed, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of electricity principles and electrical safety standards.
Hands-on experience in electrical work, including installation, wiring, and panel work.
Skills in maintenance & repair of industrial electrical equipment and systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical faults and diagnosing issues in machinery and control systems.
Knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts relevant to manufacturing environments.
Relevant technical diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in electrical trade.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety protocols.
Willingness to work on-site in Patna, including occasional shift or weekend work as required.
