Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior ASP.NET Developer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Junior ASP.NET Developer will assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET technologies under the guidance of senior developers. Daily tasks include implementing new features, fixing bugs, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support integration with databases and APIs, and ensure application performance and security. The developer will also help document technical specifications and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development practices, including coding, debugging, and testing.
Candidates should possess experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC for web application development.
Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and writing simple queries.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established coding standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
