About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Vadodara.
You'll be working on social media creatives, brand campaigns, and digital content for a variety of clients. The role involves collaborating with our content and social media team to turn ideas and creative briefs into visually engaging designs.
We're looking for someone with a good eye for design, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and other digital creatives.
Create visual assets for brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour schemes, and overall visual communication.
Collaborate with the content and social media team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
Adapt designs for different digital platforms and content formats.
Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
Stay updated with graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative approaches.
Maintain organized design files and editable project assets.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual composition.
Ability to create clean, creative, and brand-appropriate designs.
Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them effectively.
Good to Have
Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats.
Understanding of branding and visual identity.
Experience in creating campaign visuals and social media content.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.

Candidates with a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are equally welcome.

Salary and Work Location
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio, and experience.
Location: Otono India Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat.
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site position.
