Lead ReactJS Engineer – Data & AI Platform

Our client is looking for a highly hands-on Lead ReactJS Engineer with 8–12 years of overall experience, including at least 6 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and TypeScript, to build next-generation Data, AI, and Agentic AI product platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead frontend engineering for sophisticated Data, AI, and Agentic AI platforms.
Develop scalable, high-performance applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
Design intuitive interfaces for data exploration, analytics, dashboards, AI workflows, and multi-agent interactions.
Build responsive, asynchronous, and real-time user experiences integrated with APIs.
Define reusable component architectures, state management patterns, and frontend engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, AI/ML, and Backend teams to deliver production-ready features.
Optimize application performance, usability, accessibility, and code quality.
Mentor engineers through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and hands-on collaboration.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and TypeScript, with active production coding experience.
Experience building sophisticated B2B product platforms with data-heavy dashboards and workflow-driven interfaces.
Strong knowledge of React architecture, state management, reusable components, and performance optimization.
Experience with API integrations, asynchronous operations, and real-time application workflows.
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, responsive design, Git, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Good to Have
Experience with Data Platforms, AI/ML Platforms, Analytics Products, or Developer Platforms.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or multi-agent systems.
Experience with streaming AI responses, agent monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Knowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, design systems, Storybook, and data visualization.
Qualifications
B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
