Hiring | Principal Manager / Associate Director – Program Management (GAI Tech)
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
We are hiring for a leading global investment and technology development firm seeking an experienced professional to lead its Generative AI (GAI) program and product management function in India.
This role offers an opportunity to drive the development and adoption of Generative AI solutions, improve developer productivity and process efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams on strategic AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program and product management initiatives for the GAI Tech India team, combining people management with individual contributor responsibilities.
Oversee user-facing projects across multiple teams, including prioritization, execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with the Talent Development team to drive GAI learning initiatives, employee upskilling, and awareness of AI tools.
Define product vision, gather and prioritize product and feature requirements, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive implementation.
Support the development and integration of Generative AI tools, infrastructure, and applications across the organization.
Key Requirements:
8–12 years of total experience, including 5–8 years in technical program management and at least 2 years in software development.
At least 1 year of experience working on Generative AI projects and products.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Prior people management or mentorship experience.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with a strong academic background.
Preferred: Product management experience with Generative AI products and relevant qualifications in program management, such as an MBA or PMP.
