Project Manager- Industrial Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
Leadership and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.
Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
A minimum of 5 years project management experience, gained within a technical complex environment
A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Strong communication skills and seeking to leverage their skills within an international professional context
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
