3D Graphic Designer

Role Description
The 3D Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at Grace Media and Entertainment’s Mumbai
location. This role involves conceptualizing and designing 3D visuals for corporate events,
exhibitions, promotions, and branding projects, including stage setups, booth designs, and
experiential spaces.
The designer will collaborate closely with event planners, branding specialists, and other creative
team members to translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts and detailed 3D
mockups.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design layouts, refining concepts based on
feedback, preparing presentation-ready renders, and ensuring that all visual outputs align with
brand guidelines and project timelines.
The role also includes coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
and maintaining organized design files and assets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for event, exhibition, and promotional environments.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, impactful visual communication.
Hands-on expertise with 3D design and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
Proficiency with industry-standard graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field; prior experience in events, exhibitions, or media is an advantage.
