Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. The CFO will lead the finance team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage financial controls, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing financial statements, analyzing performance metrics, advising senior leadership on strategic investments, and supporting decision-making for manufacturing, export, and trading activities. The CFO will also collaborate with other departments to optimize costs, improve profitability, and support sustainable growth of the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting.
Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance, trends, and risks.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience leading finance teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Background in manufacturing, export, or retail sectors is highly beneficial.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
Ability to work on-site in the Lucknow, Bengaluru , Delhi NCR & Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate across functions.
