Role Description The Social Media Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role is responsible for designing visually engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and ads that align with the company’s brand and messaging. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketers and educators to translate program offerings into compelling visuals, creating graphics for campaigns, and adapting designs for different platforms and formats. The Social Media Designer will manage design assets, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on design trends and best practices in digital and social media communication.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for social media content.
Ability to create and refine Logos and Branding elements that support a cohesive brand identity.
Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and aesthetic balance.
Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their visual content requirements.
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
