About the Job
LnLn. is an emerging cycling and outdoor brand exploring the intersection of performance, contemporary aesthetics and individuality.
We see design as more than appearance. It's the visual language that gives a product its identity, connects a collection through a common thread and communicates a brand's point of view.
From graphic expressions and distinctive prints to colour, typography and pattern, we're interested in how visual design can bring a new perspective to cycling apparel.
As we develop our upcoming collections, we're looking to connect with creative talents who share our curiosity for visual culture, fashion and performance sportswear.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on upcoming cycling apparel collections.
This is a freelance, part-time and project-based opportunity for a designer with a distinctive visual language, a strong understanding of apparel graphics and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
You'll help shape the graphic identity of our collections, developing original artwork, prints and visual systems that work across individual products and complete ranges.
We're open to different creative backgrounds. What matters most is the quality of your work, your design perspective and your ability to create something distinctive.
The Role
You will:
Develop graphic concepts and visual directions for seasonal cycling apparel collections.
Create original graphics, prints, patterns and artwork for jerseys, bib shorts and other apparel categories.
Explore typography, composition, colour and graphic placement across different product applications.
Translate collection narratives and creative concepts into distinctive visual expressions.
Develop cohesive graphic systems that connect products while allowing each design to retain its own character.
Explore techniques such as layering, repetition, distortion, texture and pattern where relevant to the creative direction.
Prepare graphic artwork and design presentations for review and development.
Collaborate with apparel designers to align graphics, colours and product aesthetics.
Consider the practical application of graphics across fabrics, garment panels, printing methods and production constraints.
The primary focus is graphic concept development, artwork, print and visual direction. Full technical specification and production preparation can be defined according to each project's scope.
The Candidate
You're a graphic designer with a clear visual point of view and an interest in how graphics interact with apparel, fashion and contemporary culture.
You understand that strong apparel graphics are not simply standalone artwork. They need to work with the garment, the body, the colour palette and the wider collection.
You'll bring:
Experience in apparel graphics, print design, fashion graphics or related creative fields.
A strong portfolio showcasing original graphics, prints, patterns, typography or visual systems.
A refined understanding of colour, composition, scale and visual hierarchy.
The ability to translate abstract concepts into distinctive, wearable graphic expressions.
An interest in contemporary fashion, sportswear, cycling culture and emerging visual trends.
The ability to work independently, communicate ideas clearly and deliver work within an agreed project scope.
Experience with cycling apparel brands is an advantage, but designers from fashion, streetwear, sportswear and other relevant creative disciplines are encouraged to connect.
The Collaboration
Engagement: Freelance, part-time and project-based.
Scope: Defined according to the creative brief and your area of expertise.
Working style: Flexible, collaborative and focused on creative outcomes.
Long-term potential: Opportunities for recurring projects and ongoing collaboration, with the possibility of a future full-time role as the brand grows.
We're keen to build relationships with designers whose work can contribute to the evolving visual identity of LnLn.
