Site Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities and
ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. The Site Engineer will act as the bridge
between design and execution, coordinating with architects, contractors, and workers to deliver
quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Monitor progress, manage schedules, and prepare regular site reports.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and legal requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
Verify construction work against drawings and specifications.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities and inspections.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–6 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and safety standards.
Proficiency in project management tools/software is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with construction equipment and site management tools.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Work Environment
Field-based role with regular site visits.
