You will also help identify defects and risks early, support release readiness, and promote testing practices that improve the reliability of our identity services.
Core responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test evidence for SailPoint features and integrations.
Test identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver events; account provisioning and deprovisioning; and access changes.
Validate access requests, approvals, access certifications, role or entitlement assignments, policy rules, and other identity governance workflows.
Test integrations between SailPoint and connected applications, directories, HR systems, and other identity data sources.
Develop and maintain automated tests for repeatable functional, regression, and integration testing.
Perform API, data, and end-to-end testing where appropriate, validating that identity and access information flows accurately between systems. SailPoint QA Engineer | lululemon 1
Investigate defects, document clear reproduction steps, assess potential impact, and work with engineering teams through resolution and retesting.
Participate in requirements reviews and design discussions to identify test scenarios, dependencies, edge cases, and risks early.
Support release testing and readiness by tracking test progress, documenting results, and communicating quality concerns.
Follow quality engineering and secure testing practices, and contribute to improvements in test coverage, automation, and team standards.
Collaborate with engineers, identity administrators, product teams, and business stakeholders to clarify expected outcomes and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
4+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance, including hands-on software testing and test automation.
Experience testing identity governance, identity and access management, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly Identity Now), SailPoint IdentityIQ, or a comparable identity governance platform.

Nice to have:
A recognized QA automation or test automation certification, such as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester or a comparable automation-focused qualification.
Experience testing SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, or integrations with HR systems, directories, and SaaS applications.
