Inventory Control Officer

We’re Hiring: Inventory Control Officer
Keep stock movements traceable and inventory records aligned with what’s physically on hand.
From Receipt to Reconciliation
Record incoming goods, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments in inventory systems.
Monitor stock levels and flag shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
Coordinate cycle counts and investigate differences between physical and system quantities.
Check that stock movements have complete supporting documentation.
Work with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare inventory reports and keep audit or review records organised.
How You’ll Work
You’ll coordinate across teams to clarify stock movements and improve inventory accuracy, with a focus on dependable records and timely follow-up.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stock administration, or supply chain support is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems and spreadsheets is useful, along with strong numerical accuracy and organisation.
Flexible Part-Time Arrangement
This hybrid role offers flexible part-time hours around stock counts, reporting, and operational priorities, making it easier to balance other commitments.
