Role & Responsibilities:
Work hands on across shifts in Testing cells in Aerospace function
Ensure that the Production line & products meet quality & compliance requirements.
Coordinate with Quality & Line Leaders to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
Train & Lead qualification of team personnel’s.
Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
Coordinate AS & other relevant audits.
Work with leadership to improve quality management system based on audit results.
Work in compliance to the site and regulatory safety & quality norms.
The Ideal Candidate:
The employe will be responsible for working as a Hydro Testing inspector in Aviation line production Quality operations.
Required Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
1+ Years of Experience in aerospace / aviation Engineering industry is a must
Documented hands on work experience / existing hydro process qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong hands on experience in performing pressure testing operations , process control checks & working per GE-Aerospace specific customer P specs, third party and other international regulatory norms , visual inspection of finished & purchased product norms.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with good oral and written communication skills
