About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Workday Student Consultants to support a large-scale Workday Student implementation program in the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic higher education transformation project and contribute to the successful deployment of Workday Student solutions.
Areas of Expertise Required
We are looking for consultants with hands-on experience in one or more of the following Workday Student modules:
Workday Student Core
Workday Student Academic Foundation
Workday Student Recruitment & Admissions
Workday Student Financials
Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end Workday Student implementation projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and deploy Workday Student solutions aligned with client needs.
Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Support testing, data conversion, integrations, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
5 - 18 Years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Student.
Experience in at least one or more Workday Student functional areas.
Involvement in one or more full lifecycle Workday implementations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Understanding of higher education business processes and student lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Student certifications in relevant modules.
Experience working with Higher Education institutions.
APAC implementation experience is an added advantage.
Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
