Respond to inbound collateral calls from clients and reconcile differences by comparing client calculations to JPMorganChase exposure.

Agree and process coupon/interest-related items on securities held as collateral, and complete month-end tasks including interest agreement on cash collateral held/delivered.
Participate in projects and testing to enhance and develop the operating infrastructure to meet business needs (occasional weekend testing support may be required).
Maintain current knowledge of operational controls and requirements to support firmwide compliance.

Identify opportunities to improve process quality, control effectiveness, and productivity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
External client service experience, or comparable experience supporting senior internal stakeholders, with demonstrated client communication skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision in a methodical, organized manner and to follow established procedures.
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in core applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Team-oriented and adaptable, with flexibility during peak periods (e.g., month-end) and a flexible approach to working hours when business needs require.
Working knowledge of Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives collateral management and familiarity with supporting legal documentation such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) documentation and the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA).
