About the job
LogiQlink is an AI-first product engineering and technology consulting company helping businesses design, build, and scale digital products and enterprise technology solutions.
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join a US-based enterprise implementation involving Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, data migration, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered document processing.
You will work directly with the client-facing Solution Architect and Functional Consultant, translating approved architecture and functional designs into technical designs and working software. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will build complex and foundational components yourself while providing day-to-day technical direction to the Salesforce developers on the team.
A significant part of the implementation involves AI. Documents and unstructured data will flow into Data Cloud, Agentforce agents will act on them inside Salesforce, and MuleSoft IDP will classify and extract information during ingestion.
Production experience integrating Salesforce with both SharePoint and QuickBooks is mandatory. You must have personally implemented both integrations in production environments.
This is an initial 6-month, part-time contract of approximately 20 hours per week, remote from India. You must be available 8:00 AM–12:30 PM US Eastern on working days.
There may be an opportunity to transition into a longer-term or full-time role depending on business growth, project demand, and mutual fit.

Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues as the primary technical escalation point.
Data Cloud, Agentforce & AI
Configure Salesforce Data Cloud connections and supporting components.
Implement unstructured data ingestion, Data Lake Objects, search indexes, chunking, and retrieval configuration.
Configure Agentforce agents including topics, instructions, actions, prompts, grounding sources, and guardrails.
Build Salesforce actions and automation used by Agentforce.
Test AI responses, grounding behavior, permissions, and edge cases.
Troubleshoot and tune Agentforce and Data Cloud configurations.
Support MuleSoft IDP for document classification, metadata extraction, Salesforce record association, and exception processing.
