Role Description The Hospitality Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. The Hospitality Assistant will support food and beverage service, help maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas, and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include setting up service areas, handling basic administrative tasks such as logging requests and feedback, and following organization standards for safety and hygiene. The role requires consistent professionalism, reliability, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members.
Customer Service and Hospitality skills to provide attentive, courteous, and professional guest support.
Food Service and Food & Beverage skills to assist with serving, presentation, and basic handling of food and drinks.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule, including weekends or shifts as needed.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Basic computer literacy for handling reservations, guest records, and communication tools.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or food and beverage service is an advantage but not mandatory.
