Wholesale Sales Representative - Personal Care (Commission-Based)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced, independent Wholesale Sales Representative to expand the B2B distribution of a high-quality, value-focused personal care portfolio.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a flexible, commission-only contract opportunity—not a salaried or full-time position. You may continue your current job or business and work from your existing city. No relocation is required.
The focus territory is North India. Delhi NCR is preferred, but candidates with strong wholesale networks elsewhere in North India are equally welcome.

• Shampoos and hair-care products
• Hair oils
• Face cleansers and other cleansing products
• Lotions and skincare products
• Other personal care products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach credible wholesalers, distributors, stockists, institutional buyers, and other bulk purchasers.
• Use existing industry relationships and independent prospecting to develop new wholesale business.
• Assess prospective buyers based on their market reputation, payment history, and business track record.
• Prioritize reliable buyers who are willing and able to place orders on advance-payment terms.
• Present the product range, discuss commercial terms, and close profitable bulk orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects, negotiations, and expected orders.
• Build professional, long-term relationships with dependable customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years of B2B, wholesale, distribution, or channel-sales experience.
• Experience dealing directly with wholesalers, distributors, stockists, institutional buyers, or other bulk purchasers.
• Ability to generate leads independently, negotiate commercial terms, and close bulk orders.
• Strong communication, follow-up, relationship-management, and commercial negotiation skills.
• A professional and ethical approach to evaluating buyer credibility and payment reliability.
• Comfort with a commission-only engagement and advance-payment business model.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or a related product category.
• An active network of wholesalers or distributors in North India, especially Delhi NCR.
• A proven record of developing new territories or generating repeat wholesale business.
ENGAGEMENT AND COMPENSATION
• Independent contract engagement; this is not a full-time salaried role.
• Attractive commission linked to successfully completed sales.
• Commission structure, territory, targets, and working terms are negotiable.
• Freedom to work from your current city and continue your existing employment or business.
• No requirement to relocate or change your present base.
