Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Azure Platform Engineer to design, implement, automate, and manage enterprise-grade cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, DevOps practices, security, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud environments
✅ Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM/Bicep templates
✅ Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
✅ Manage Azure networking, identity, governance, and security services
✅ Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using Azure-native monitoring tools
✅ Automate operational tasks and improve platform reliability through scripting and DevOps practices
✅ Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud solutions
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and cloud platform issues
Required Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure
✔ Expertise in Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, Load Balancers, and Azure Backup
✔ Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
✔ Strong understanding of Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, and Security Controls
✔ Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD tools
✔ Knowledge of Container Technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
✔ Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Shell Scripting
✔ Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
Preferred Skills
➕ Azure Platform Administration and Governance
➕ Azure Landing Zone Implementation
➕ Experience with Infrastructure Automation and Cloud Migration Projects
➕ Azure Security, Networking, and Compliance best practices
➕ Azure Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400
