IAM - Saviynt Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IAM Developer/Consultant with 3-8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Saviynt design, implementation, customization, access governance, certifications, workflow automation, and user lifecycle management. The candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise identity and access management solutions while ensuring compliance, governance, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Saviynt Design & Implementation
Gather and analyze business requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives.
Design, configure, and implement Saviynt solutions aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements.
Translate access control and governance requirements into scalable Saviynt configurations.
Lead or support end-to-end Saviynt implementation projects.
Identity Lifecycle Management
Configure and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
Implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
Design workflow-driven identity administration processes.
Ensure accurate user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities.
Access Governance & Certifications
Configure and manage access certification campaigns.
Implement access request management and approval processes.
Support periodic access reviews and entitlement governance.
Ensure adherence to enterprise access control policies.
RBAC, SoD & Compliance
Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
Design and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and controls.
Identify toxic combinations and access conflicts.
Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements through governed access frameworks.
Risk Remediation & Audit Support
Analyze access risks and recommend remediation measures.
Develop and support risk remediation workflows.
Generate audit reports and compliance evidence.
Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during assessments.
Request Catalog & Workflow Configuration
Design and configure access request catalogs.
Develop approval workflows based on business and compliance requirements.
Implement policy-based access approvals and fulfillment processes.
Configure automated access provisioning workflows.
Integration & Connector Development
Configure and maintain Saviynt REST connectors.
Implement both out-of-the-box and custom application integrations.
Support API-based integrations between Saviynt and target applications.
Ensure reliable data synchronization and provisioning processes.
Troubleshooting & Support
Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, and integration issues.
Perform root cause analysis for failed jobs and workflow issues.
Monitor Saviynt scheduled jobs and logs.
Resolve platform issues while maintaining operational stability.
