🔥 Role: L2 Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer with strong hands-on experience in BitTitan MigrationWiz and OneDrive migrations.
✅ Must-Have Skills
• Microsoft 365 Migration
• BitTitan MigrationWiz ⭐
• OneDrive / OneDrive for Business Migration
• Exchange Online / Mailbox Migration
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• PowerShell
• Migration troubleshooting & validation
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Configure and execute MigrationWiz migration projects
• Perform mailbox and OneDrive migrations
• Handle pilot, prestage, delta, full and cutover migration batches
• Configure source/target endpoints, credentials, licenses and migration options
• Monitor migration progress, errors, throttling and performance
• Troubleshoot authentication, permission, mail flow and content issues
• Validate mailbox folders, calendars, contacts, access and OneDrive data
• Maintain migration reports, trackers, issue logs and validation documentation
• Support cutover, hypercare and post-migration activities
• Escalate complex issues to L3 migration specialists
🎯 Ideal Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 migration projects, particularly MigrationWiz/BitTitan, Exchange Online and OneDrive.
