Role Description As a Senior Java Software Engineer at Qpaix Infitech Private Limited, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and services in an on-site environment located in Ahmedabad. This full-time role involves implementing robust software solutions, developing and integrating microservices, and working extensively with the Spring Framework to support scalable and secure systems. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and production support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals will be a key part of your daily work, ensuring timely delivery and smooth deployment of features. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, performance optimization, documentation, and mentoring less-experienced engineers.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming using Java, with experience in building scalable and maintainable applications.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures for distributed systems.
Proficiency with the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) for enterprise application development.
Solid understanding of core Java concepts, object-oriented design principles, and best coding practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and integration with external systems.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and clear written and verbal communication.
