Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will support sales and marketing activities by assisting in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients and prospects, collecting feedback, supporting presentations, and participating in marketing campaigns across digital channels. The intern will help prepare sales materials, reports, and basic performance analyses, while coordinating with the team to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales processes, customer interaction, and practical marketing implementation in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and basic deal support.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interests or skills to support onboarding materials, internal documentation, and sales process organization.
Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media, comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), a learning mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
