About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Family Medicine Physicians to support an AI training project focused on primary care, clinical documentation, and medical record evaluation. You’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess medical content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, safety, and alignment with evidence-based standards of care.
No prior AI experience is required — your clinical knowledge is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
Annotate and review medical records and clinical documentation, including visit notes, assessments, care plans, referrals, and laboratory or imaging results.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based guidelines to validate and improve datasets.
Identify documentation gaps, clinical inaccuracies, and ambiguous information.
Provide structured feedback on review guidelines and challenging clinical cases.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain consistent evaluation standards.
Required Qualifications
Active MD degree, ideally with board certification in Family Medicine.
Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
Broad clinical knowledge of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical documentation, and patient care standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical annotation, medical record review, or clinical quality assurance.
Experience validating clinical data and evaluating medical content.
Strong ability to identify documentation inconsistencies and provide clear, evidence-based feedback.
Compensation
Competitive compensation of $100–$120/hour.
Independent contractor engagement.
