Job Description

Job location : Hyderabad
Total demand : 01
Shift : Australian Shift ( Login start time 3:30AM IST )
Work type (WFH/WFO/Hybrid) : WFO
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Flow)
Develop and manage Dataverse (CDS) data models and architecture
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
Develop reusable components and maintain solution standards and governance
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance to team members
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in Power Platform implementations
Manage ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Document architecture, design, and implementation details
Co-Pilot Integration
Additional Skills required(mandatory)
E2E SDLC - capability right from discovery through deployment and operational support
Open to learning AI-related skills and newer automation tools.
Familiar with Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
Comfortable with coding and adapting to changing technology needs.
Able to support future AI-focused work while still being strong in Power Platform.
Lead-level stakeholder engagement and ownership.
AI or Copilot-related experience.
Minimum coding depth beyond low-code development.
