Telesales Representative

We're Hiring: Experienced Telecaller 📞 Pigmento Solutions Private Limited | Kollam, Kerala
Pigmento Solutions is a branding and digital marketing agency helping businesses build premium brand identities that attract trust and sales. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced telecaller to join our team and help us connect with the right businesses.
What you'll do:
→ Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound leads
→ Clearly explain Pigmento's services (branding, digital marketing, NFC/digital business cards) and qualify interest
→ Schedule appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales/client servicing team
→ Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
→ Handle basic client queries with professionalism and represent the Pigmento brand well on every call
What we're looking for:
→ 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar client-facing phone role
→ Confident, clear communication in Malayalam and English
→ Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent with daily call targets
→ Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking sheets is a plus
→ Someone who can represent a branding agency with the right tone - polished, not pushy
