ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video - and our paid marketing needs to reach every one of those audiences in their own language, at the quality bar the product deserves.
We are looking for a Producer to run that pipeline end to end: taking requests through to delivery, tracking the data that comes back, and turning what works into a repeatable process, so our paid ads hit a world-class bar for quality and ROAS in every market.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of production, creative judgement, and operations. You will direct a network of freelance contractors and internal creatives and stakeholders, decide market by market where automation suffices and where human expertise is warranted, and use our own AI tools - translation engines, dubbing, and adaptation workflows - as core parts of your marketing pipeline.
The right person combines strong production instincts with the creative judgement to know when a localised asset truly lands in-market, and the operational rigour to keep dozens of assets moving across languages simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Onboard production companies and own our expansion into live-action TVC campaigns.
- Manage the transformation of English masters into localised creative across static, motion, live action, and AI Gen formats
- Help build out the team as our global reach and output targets grow.
- Brief, coordinate, and quality-check a bench of freelance linguists, reviewers, designers, animators, editors, and creators - owning their onboarding, invoicing, and day-to-day progress
- Work with stakeholders across all products, industry verticals and departments to define briefs, structure timeframes and amplify the work of the creative team.
- Manage projects in Asana and Google Sheets so collaborators stay unblocked across time zones
- Convert successful approaches into repeatable, scalable processes as coverage grows across languages and markets
- Track progress against our goals and present it to the wider team and company, acting as the first point of contact for cross-team collaboration.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
- Creative Director - you will report to your team lead, presenting OKRs weekly, aligning on creative direction, and reporting on the status and risks of campaigns in flight via Asana and Google Sheets. Your project management systems will keep internal and external collaborators unblocked, ensuring progress continues across time zones.
- Productions Team - English masters are submitted internally to this team for dubbing, returning as audio stems per language and variation for contractors hands.
- Motion Designers / Designers - Project manage their creative progress and briefs, ensuring timelines are met and last minute P0 tasks can be supported by bringing contractors into the mix.
- Review and delivery stakeholders - localised assets are delivered to internal points of contact for review, establishing structured feedback loops before final delivery to leads across ElevenAgents, ElevenAPI, and ElevenCreative. You will track and own the approval of all creative outputs, EN or global.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Demonstrated experience in traditional production, design studios and localisation, delivering multi-language campaigns at scale for paid marketing.
- Background in performance marketing and data driven creative feedback loops across UGC, Motion, Design, live-action and Offline marketing.
- Proven experience briefing and managing external networks of freelancers or agencies, including quality control and day-to-day coordination
- Experience producing live-action TVC campaigns in the $100K–$1M range, in-house or as a contractor.
- Experience producing localised assets across, simultaneous global campaigns for paid marketing at scale.
- Excellent project management skills across tools like Asana and Google Sheets, with the rigour to run many assets, languages, and collaborators in parallel
- A genuine understanding of the AI creative tools landscape - you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions on where automation helps and where humans are essential
- Experience building AI systems to streamline processes, reduce toil and improve output quality at scale with automations.
BONUS
- Fluency in one or more of our priority languages ( ES, FR, DE, PT, JP, HI )
- Experience in script writing and voiceover delivery
