Responsibilities / Tasks
As Workstream Lead Inbound-to-Outbound (I2O), you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, and stabilization of the I2O scope within the Transform360 Wave 4 program. Acting as the key interface between Business, IT, Key Users, and implementation partners, you will ensure successful delivery of logistics processes aligned with the global template and business requirements.
Lead the global I2O workstream throughout all project phases, from mobilization to hypercare.
Drive process and solution design aligned with the Transform360 global template and logistics standards.
Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Ensure end-to-end alignment with related functions such as P2P, L2C, Finance, Data, and Integration.
Own testing activities (FUT, SIT, UAT), defect management, and business sign-off readiness.
Support training, cutover, and go-live activities.
Scope of Responsibility
Inbound Logistics (Goods Receipt, Putaway, Quality Inspection)
Warehouse Management / SAP EWM (Inbound, Internal Movements, Outbound)
Outbound Logistics (Picking, Packing, Shipping, Delivery Execution)
Transportation Management (TM) integration and execution
Inventory Management and cross-plant logistics processes
Integration of logistics execution with Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance
Logistics-related master data management, including materials, locations, handling units, and logistics parameters
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Several years of experience in Inbound-to-Outbound (I2O), Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Execution.
Proven experience leading global SAP transformation, rollout, or digitalization programs.
Strong understanding of SAP EWM and logistics execution processes; SAP TM experience is highly desirable.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective process and system solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Experience working with system integrators and international project teams.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
