About the Role
We are looking for a talented AI Engineer who can design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world business requirements.
-Identify opportunities for AI-based automation across sales, HR, operations, marketing, and other functions.
-Build and integrate AI tools, chatbots, intelligent workflows, and automation systems.
-Automate repetitive and manual processes using AI and machine learning.
-Work with LLMs, Generative AI, APIs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
-Integrate AI solutions with existing CRM, ATS, MIS, and internal business systems.
-Develop data-driven solutions for reporting, analysis, lead management, and decision-making.
-Design AI workflows for lead qualification, candidate screening, customer communication, follow-ups, and reporting.
-Evaluate new AI technologies and implement solutions that can improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
-Collaborate with management and different teams to understand business requirements and convert them into AI solutions.
-Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
Required Skills
-Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML concepts.
-Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and AI automation.
-Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Data Processing.
-Experience with AI frameworks and tools.
-Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to independently build and implement AI solutions.
