Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role
Develop and implement hands-on full stack engineering solutions across modern engineering and cloud technologies.
Inspire and mentor a small development team, setting high standards for technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and wider technical groups to build purpose-driven solutions.
Guide the organisation on its technology journey, focusing on solving real problems.
Explore and apply emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to enhance solutions.
Work with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate development work.
What You'll Need
Strong experience as a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer, capable of leading and setting standards.
Proficiency in C#, .NET platform, Python, and Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint, and React.
AI-native judgment, including experience with GenAI tools like Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
In-depth understanding of Azure DevOps processes and Azure Resource Management.
Ability to understand the "why" behind development, not just the "how," and deliver real outcomes.
Experience guiding junior to mid-level developers within a team.
