Interior IQ is an early-stage interior consultancy focused on helping homeowners make better decisions throughout their interior projects.
Our approach combines interior planning, design understanding, material knowledge, quotations, vendor coordination and project support — with the goal of giving homeowners better clarity and decision-making support.
We are currently building our first team and are looking for people who want to learn, take ownership and grow with an early-stage business.
About the Role
We are looking for an Interior Designer who can work across interior design, drawings and project-related coordination.
You will be involved in:
Creating and developing interior design concepts
Working on AutoCAD drawings and layouts
Creating 3D models / presentations using SketchUp or relevant software
Understanding materials, finishes, furniture and detailing
Reviewing drawings and design requirements
Supporting quotation, planning and project-related decisions
Coordinating with clients, vendors and other project stakeholders
Helping maintain quality and accuracy across projects
What We're Looking For
Good understanding of interior design and residential spaces
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
Good sense of materials, finishes, proportions and detailing
Ability to understand drawings and convert ideas into practical solutions
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Strong attention to quality and detail
You Don't Have to Be Perfect
We are an early-stage team. You don't need to know everything from day one.
What matters to us is your intent to learn, ownership, quality of work and willingness to grow with the business.
You will get the opportunity to learn our systems, understand the complete interior project lifecycle and take increasing responsibility as we grow.
Work Mode
Currently Remote — India.
As Interior IQ grows, there may be an opportunity to develop an office-based setup in the future.
