Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Manesar. The Construction Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating site activities with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing budgets and cost controls, ensuring materials and resources are available, and tracking project milestones against timelines. The role requires enforcing quality and safety standards, resolving on-site issues, and preparing regular status reports for leadership and clients. The Construction Project Manager will also review drawings and specifications, support vendor and subcontractor management, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills for end-to-end project execution.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills to handle timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage cost estimates, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Candidates should have knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Candidates should be proficient in project scheduling and documentation tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software).
Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
Candidates should have prior experience managing on-site construction projects, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
