Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Travel Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel needs, providing tailored travel solutions, and making travel arrangements, including reservations and bookings. Responsibilities also include offering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
Experience in providing excellent Customer Service, including addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
Skills in managing Reservations, bookings, and travel itineraries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of the Indian travel landscape and key destinations is an advantage
Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
Prior experience or education in travel and tourism is a plus
