We are currently looking for an SAP PP Consultant for one of our clients’ projects based in Europe.

We are looking for three specific operational profiles:
PP Manufacturing Execution Lead: Focus on running production, MES integration, batches, sterilization, rework, and staging.
PP/MRP Planning Lead: Focus on production planning, MRP, scheduling, sourcing, APO, and multi-plant environments.
PP Process Design Lead: Focus on solution design, blueprinting, architecture workshops, and governance.
Scope:
Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP solutions within S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects.
Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define target processes, and shape solution architecture.
Design and implement manufacturing processes, including Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, production scheduling, rework and repair scenarios, and capacity planning.
Configure and optimize MRP processes, material planning strategies, sourcing scenarios, and production execution models.
Define and support integration requirements between SAP PP and related systems such as MES, planning tools, warehouse, quality, and labeling solutions.
Support batch management, production staging, subcontracting, outsourced manufacturing, and other production-related business processes.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on enhancements and integrations.
Lead testing activities, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Guide and mentor project team members while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to project standards.
Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), including S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
Strong expertise in manufacturing processes across discrete and/or process industries.
Experience with production planning, scheduling, MRP, batch management, and manufacturing execution processes.
Knowledge of SAP integrations with MES, advanced planning solutions, warehouse management, quality management, and related manufacturing systems.
Ability to design and optimize complex end-to-end production and supply chain processes in multi-plant environments.
Proven experience leading client workshops, driving solution design discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical, testing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and supporting project delivery across all implementation phases.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with business users and key stakeholders.
Fluent English.
