Role Description The Inside Sales Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the intern will identify and qualify leads, reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and online channels, and present Mage Marketer’s services in a clear and compelling manner. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with leads, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to align client needs with agency offerings. The intern will support the sales team in preparing proposals, scheduling meetings or demos, and contributing to strategies that improve conversion rates and client engagement. The role involves regular interaction with potential and existing clients to ensure a positive experience and support long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to resolving client queries effectively.
Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
Interest in digital marketing services and willingness to learn about SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and related offerings.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office productivity software.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
