Senior Executive

International Travel House Limited (ITH) is looking for an experienced Senior Executive - Operations to join our Car Rental Division (CRD) in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Create an exceptional rental experience by maximizing service opportunities for every customer.
✔ Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental requirements.
✔ Coordinate and manage bookings received from clients and branch offices.
✔ Ensure timely vehicle allocation and smooth handover to clients without delays.
✔ Manage customer communication through calls, emails, and booking updates.
✔ Generate and maintain duty slips and operational records through company software.
✔ Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.
✔ Recommend suitable vehicle options, fleet services, and value-added offerings based on customer requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate
4-7 years of relevant experience in car rental operations, fleet management, vehicle leasing, transportation services, or mobility solutions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Important Note
⚠️ Only candidates from the Car Rental Industry or those having direct and relevant experience in Car Rental Operations, Fleet Management, Vehicle Leasing, Ground Transportation, or Mobility Services should apply.
