Team Leader – Collections | Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Noida sector 3
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years in Tele-Collections
👥 Team: Manage 15–25 Collection Executives
💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC + Performance KPI
🏢 Job Type: Full-time | On-site
ALL ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW WILL BE VIRTUAL
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team productivity, calls & daily targets
Achieve loan recovery targets
Monitor PTP and conversion
Conduct huddles, call audits & barge-ins
Handle escalated customer calls & settlements
Ensure RBI-compliant and ethical collection practices
Maintain daily recovery reports in MS Excel
Requirements:
✔ Team Leadership & Negotiation Skills
✔ Loan Recovery / Fintech / NBFC experience
✔ Good knowledge of PTP, buckets & settlements
✔ MS Excel & Dialer knowledge
✔ Hindi & English communication skills
