What You’ll Do
Guide and mentor an engineering team, ensuring the successful navigation and delivery of new software integration projects.
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for diverse stakeholders, fostering seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, diving into details alongside the team when needed to overcome challenges.
Oversee and ensure the smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong technical background and proven management experience.
Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Exceptional communication skills, fostering a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Industry experience within the utility sector.
Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
