Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Vadodara. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for print and digital channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, product catalogs, and internal communication pieces. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, selecting typography, designing logos and branded elements, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, translating briefs into effective designs, and preparing final files for production or online use. The Graphic Designer will also maintain brand guidelines, manage design revisions, and stay current with design trends relevant to the company’s market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that support readability and brand voice.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; formal education in design or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
