Role: Lead Network Automation
Experience: 10+ years
Locations: Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chennai
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across network planning, design, build, testing, change, and operations.
Translate network processes into automation workflows, rules, guardrails, and acceptance criteria.
Define network automation roadmaps, reusable patterns, and cross-domain backlogs.
Drive closed-loop automation with approval controls, exception handling, rollback, and auditability.
Collaborate with network SMEs, architecture, security, operations, platform, and engineering teams.
Validate the technical feasibility and domain accuracy of automation use cases.
Required Skills
Strong telecom network knowledge across Core, Transport, Telco Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or Network Operations.
Experience in network automation strategy, orchestration, and process transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and process-documentation skills.
Understanding of APIs, workflow engines, OSS/ITSM integration, and automation governance.
Exposure to intent-based automation, autonomous networks, or Agentic AI is preferred.
