Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, resolving customer and internal quality issues, managing non-conforming products, monitoring corrective actions, supporting audits, analyzing quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Drive timely resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns.
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and RMAs.
Review, disposition, and ensure proper containment of non-conforming materials and products.
Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
Analyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.
Review failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Requirements
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA), failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
