Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Nashik. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites that support academic and institutional initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves collaborating with designers, educators, and technical staff, reviewing requirements, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance and security. The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, document technical work, and stay current with modern web development practices and tools. Also i am a fresher , learn to progress and to work hands on skills.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern languages and frameworks.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including responsive layout, usability, and accessibility.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
Candidates should possess familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to debug and optimize code.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work constructively within cross-functional teams.
Relevant academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with security best practices, testing methodologies, and deploying applications to web servers or cloud platforms is beneficial.
